Dae Han International College has initiated the partnership by putting up in its Metro
Manila campus an office to teach foreign students the proficiency in the use of the
English language through the ESL program and a VIDEO RECORDING Laboratory facility
for the purpose of implementing the international programs with Concordia Global.
