The 3rd CIC Commencement was an opportunity for the graduates and the guests to meet
in person the President and CEO of the Land Bank of the Philippines, Ms. Gilda Pico.
It was an honour to listen to Pres Pico as she delivered the message of aspirations for
the Land Bank organization. She emphasized to the graduates her task in bank
solutions to accommodate a globalized workforce by getting into understanding the
trends that are impacting and shaping the road ahead and can help her to refine the
best path to navigate for her unique assignment especially when it comes to access to
human capital – the graduates.
The day was highly successful when at the end of the event, Pres. Glico gave everyone
a treat as she stayed and mingled with the guests and graduates as well.
