On October 26, 2017, a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on academic partnership was signed by Virginia International University Executive Vice President, Office of Student and University Affairs, Dr. Suleyman Babceci, and Concordia College of Benguet International Dean, Mr. Hyomin Im.
The goal of this MOU is to work together in various ways which may include:
- Student Exchanges
- Faculty and Staff Exchanges
- Exchange of Materials and Documents
- Creations and Organization of Conferences
- Collaboration on the Orgnaization of Conferences
