Last November 16th 2018, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between David E. Kang, CEO of Concordia International University, Dr. Hakchun Lee of Korea Culture Art Welfare Education Association, and Hitoshi Iwamoto president of Fukuoka Foreign Language College (FFLC). The partnership hopes to establish educational platform university for developing global human resources on the following terms:
- Student recruitment and educational support
- Establishing Japan center in universities overseas
- Exchange of facility, staffs, faculty, and educational contents
- Provide and support for students’ job placements, internships, and job fairs in Japan.
- To mutually cooperate in developing new academic programs and credit transfer articulations.
Japan is a land of opportunity for International students as there are many needs of International labor forces in the country. With proper language training and university level education, students will be able to establish a strong ground in the country. This new cooperation between Concordia and FFLC has created a pathway for students to advance their academia and career in Japan.
