How did iPhone start and why people of US are attached to their smartphones?

Today, many people in the world are almost glued to their smartphones especially in the United States. Since one of the “best-selling” ones is created by Apple company, it’s worth looking at its history first.

In 2007, Steve Jobs kicked off the iPhone with the introduction of the iPod, an innovative and groundbreaking internet communicator. It had a screen, a multi-touch screen display, a microphone, and a headset, so it had the specs that smartphone-makers these days take for granted.
In 2008, the iPhone 3G version was introduced to the market. It included new hardware features, such as 3G data, GPS, and most notably, the global launch of the App Store. iPhone users were able to search and download over 2 million third-party applications in early 2018. The Wall Street Journal (WSJ) stated that the iPhone 3G solved the main issues of this first iPhone, which cost and the lack of access to the fastest cell phone networks. So, tech writers were saying that the iPhone was a product that could become a computing platform with a broad range of various functions.
In 2010, the first iPhone, available on Verizon’s wireless network, presented good features to the public. It had a Retina Display, Apple’s front-facing camera, multitasking capabilities, and FaceTime. iPhone 4 also had the longest lifespan of any iPhone ever and was released with a white model less than a year after launch. In 2011, iPhone provided iOS5 to users. iOS5 came with new features, like the iCloud, iMessage, and Notification Center. iPhone 4s featured the first 8-megapixel camera with 1080p video recording capability.
In September 2014, iPhone 5 was released, and the trend continues to this day. However, two years after the release of the iPhone 5, Apple unveiled two additional models. In the same year, iPhone 6 plus was released, and it came with a larger screen, which provided the advantage of having a larger display than the subsequent model. It also had a faster processor, a better camera, and improved LTE speeds. Since then, the iPhone 7 and 7 plus introduced new colors and water resistance and removed the headphone jack.
In 2017, the iPhone X was introduced to the public as the first iPhone to have no home button and sport an OLED screen, wireless charging, and phone unlock feature using Face ID. With the release of the iPhone 12 in 2020, new colors and 5G support were available. It provided an A14 Bionic chip, a 16-core Neural Engine, and excellent battery life. 5G has the great advantage of providing super-fast speeds and the lowest latency, enabling faster downloads, video streaming, and gaming.

Why do people use smartphones in the USA?
Most people in the United States have a hard time living without a smartphone, and the amount of smartphone users per day is huge. These mobile devices can increase and enhance diversity in life. A digitally dependent society communicates and connects with others through smartphones. In addition to standard messaging and phone calls, smartphones also connect users through messaging services, email, video calls, and social media. Smartphones also have the ability of a computer to access websites. For example, people can watch the latest news and shop online through their smartphones. Mobile operating systems also support smartphones and provide advanced computer features. People enjoy the convenience of managing their lives with millions of downloadable apps. They can see the work at once with these apps. Sure, a smartphone isn’t essential, but this technology can make your life a lot easier and better.

Conclusion
Modern life has permeated our lives so much that it is difficult to live without a smartphone. So many modern people acquire technology and handle a lot of information through smartphones and. With the development of smartphones, people can do things that they could not do before, so people can be satisfied in terms of convenience and connectivity. This has led to many companies focusing on smartphone technology. The biggest reason for the development of this technology is the interest of people who want a more comfortable world. People will take advantage of these mobile phones, provide themselves with an opportunity to develop through appropriate smartphone use so that our world will be able to develop significantly.
