Concordia’s Got Talent
Reality show that promotes talent greatly influence people, especially students who are eager to show their talent and innate qualities. Their talents help them express who they really are and also build their confidence. Talent shows also tighten the bond of every group for they support each other.
The first ever talent show of Concordia College (Concordia College of Benguet Inc.,) entitled “Concordia’s Got Talent” was successfully concluded on December 12, 2014 at Concordia College Benguet campus located at Longlong, Lamtang Rd., La Trinidad, Benguet. All of the students participated and supported the first talent show of the school. The administration and instructional staff were also present to support the show which included Ms. Jeramy Tinaza, the guidance councillor of Concordia College, and the host of the said event, Mr. Alipio Aligo Jr., who is also an instructor of the school.
The students joyfully entertained the viewers as they moved and grooved to the beat of the music. They did their best to show what they got to make sure that the viewers and judges will not only be content but will be amazed of what they are watching and to make the event successful. As a result, the audience enjoyed the show. They even demanded to extend it for they really enjoy it. Winners of the talent show received certificates and points from their teachers. The said event is judged by dancers and, at the same time, by choreographers of various schools in Baguio City. The crowd was also mesmerized as the judges performed.
The talent show was a good event for the students and Concordia College family to socialize and mingle with each other. It was a good thing to end the semester with a smile painted on their faces and memories that are engraved on their minds. We will do more of these activities next school year.
