This portion shows the voice of the Students. Dubbed as “You are No.1” is an operational approach to listen, learn and act on the voice of our Graduates. The pulse of graduates is the heart of the closed-loop management process, in ensuring we listen to our clients, resulting in each member of the team taking action to improve the customer relationships and loyalty….
