COVID-19 Safety Measures at CNC

In May, Covid-19 antigen rapid test devices and face masks were provided to everyone who came to the CNC campus. Rapid test kits help prevent the spread of the virus by allowing all the CNC community members to take the test as soon as anyone shows the symptoms. With quick access to results, one can act accordingly and responsibly.

CNC believes that timely and continuous information dissemination prevents the risk of infection. As the measures against Covid, the class sizes on campus are maintained to a maximum of 15 students. Also, hand sanitizers are available throughout the campus. Electric fans were also installed on campus to ensure suitable air ventilation. In addition, classes are delivered in a hybrid format, both in-person and via virtual e-learning. One of the reasons that CNC is still providing a blended learning method is to be flexible and provide a safer option for teachers and students to stay home while learning and reduce the spread of the virus.

Globally, we are in a period of recovery from a pandemic. With safety as one of its top priorities, CNC commits to keeping a healthy learning environment for its stakeholders, on and off-campus. Undoubtedly, the benefits of in-person school are much greater than the risks in ways possible. CNC community members can work together to help ensure that students, teaching, and non-teaching staff can safely remain physically together in school. As such, wearing a face mask, staying home when one feels sick, and safety precautions to keep others safe must be a practice. And that when everyone does their part, the entire community can overcome challenges such as Covid-19.
