This year, 2013, David Kang made a decision to develop efficiently and
effectively the new knowledge workers by partnering with the
Department of Education . He brought to the Division of Angeles City
another innovative breakthrough to its public school system
in basic education.
Upon mutual agreement between Concordia Global and the
Department of Education- Angeles , the areas of cooperation and partnership
aimed “to zero in the dropout rate” at the Division of
Angeles City through E-Learning as an Alternative Delivery Mode:
DepED Angeles shall address the learning needs of the marginalized pupils
and those learners at risk of dropping out to help them overcome the social
and economic constraints in their schooling:
CONCORDIA shall design a domain for the DepED Angeles on the
curriculum provided in the Learning Management System – LMS to be utilized
in assisting the DepED Angeles in the official encoding of student enrolment
data and for its financial monitoring system, thereby providing
technical support;
Through the leadership of CEO Kang and the Superintendent of DepEd Angeles City,
Luz Arriola, the Concordia Phils has made deliberate efforts to customize
K-12 E-learning Platform and to successfully transform the public education
by empowering the school leavers to finish their education .
CEO Kang believes that the partnership will live up with Concordia Global’s
